The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Community Facilitators, for Pemba.
Duties
- Support the development of training modules;
- Support the constitution of peace committees;
- Train and supervise community facilitators;
- Prepare monthly activity progress reports;
- Develop and organize a database of beneficiaries and partnerships involved;
- Prepare material, content and methodology for successful training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area;
- 3+ years of experience as a community facilitator;
- Deep knowledge in conflict mediation, cultural and sociological aspects;
- Experience and ability to lead groups and work in difficult living conditions and culturally challenging places;
- Fluent in local languages.
