The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Construction Manager, for Inhambane.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and mentor the construction team;
- Maintain quality of output ensuring alignment with Company, Client, regulatory and contractual requirements;
- Ensure efficient use of all resources;
- Provide weekly reports, updates and feedback with regards to the construction;
- Oversee the procurement, purchasing and transporting of various pieces of site equipment needed;
- Promote a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management;
- 10+ years of experience in various aspects of Construction Supervision;
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken Portuguese;
- Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
