The company Probe Mining Mozambique, Lda would like to hire to its team of staff a Human Resources Business Partner (M/F) for the operations in Tete. Experience in the HR environment and fluency in both English and Portuguese are a must for the consideration of the applicants for interviews.
Required Qualification/ Skills
- HR and Payroll knowledge;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese;
- Mozambican Labor and Safety Laws;
- Computer Literacy.
Preferred Qualification/Skills
- Matric + B Degree in HRM;
- 3 – 5 years HR generalist experience in HR environment;
- Excellent communication skills.
