Huawei Technologies Mozambique, Ltd. is recruiting a Procurement Engineer (CEG BUYER) for Maputo.

Description

CEG Buyer

  • Handle EP & GP &PP basic procurement and resource requirements, End to end finish the processes including qualification, Selection, Contract, Performance Evaluation, Profile Management or provide quick and proper procurement solution; Manage supplier relationship and establish a healthy and incorruptible environment; Assist in Delivery and Pre-sales department for Compliance with procurement requirements.

Tasks

  • Supplier sourcing and qualification;
  • Supplier selection;
  • Cost analysis and negotiation;
  • Supplier performance evaluation;
  • Supplier profile management;
  • Self-Purchase process guidance;
  • Supplier agreement management;
  • PTP Cycle monetarization, Huawei and Supplier Satisfaction, fulfilment and resolve conflicts;
  • Internal control and compliance management;
  • Supplier relationship management.

Skills & Requirements

Academic Background

  • Bachelor/Masters in Logistics Management, Economics, Business Management, International Trade, Telecommunication Engineering or other relevant degree;
  • Management or Sales related Degree;

IT System Tools

  • Procurement Onepro;
  • PDMC+;
  • eSupplier;
  • CWS, iResource, SCAR, iLearning.

Knowledge

  • Procurement basic knowledge, qualification, selection, contract, SPE, SPM and so on;
  • Main Engineering Procurement Category Professional Knowledge;
  • Usual General Procurement Category Knowledge;
  • Negotiation skill, Cost analysis and Target Price Setting Method;
  • Effective communications skills;
  • Basic financial statement Analysis capability;
  • CSR, Cyber Security Assurance, Privacy Protection;
  • Usual Telecommunication industry knowledge, Data center experience better;
  • Ability to multi task and time management;
  • Honesty and Integrity.
