Job Posting: Maintenance Analyst Reporting & Turnaround Specialist
Role:
- Assist maintenance department to Plan, manage, & execute Maintenance work related to Turnarounds, Shutdowns, and unplanned outages.
- Responsible for providing technical and management support on the compilation, analysis and reporting of the Coral maintenance data in compliance with applicable standards in Planning Maintenance and Shutdown activities to maintain the Coral FLNG facility in good working conditions to achieve Production, Plant Availability and HSE targets.
- Manage long term and day-to-day Turnaround work planning & follow up.
- Plan and schedule all maintenance activities according to maintenance policy/program with effective utilization of available resources to have minimum possible facility equipment downtime and disruption to production operations.
- Plan, direct and monitor the Turnaround , Shutdowns and major overhauling of Power Generation, Compressors, Pumps, Exchangers and all other Mechanical Cryogenic equipment.
- Monitor maintenance work progress and report to management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Follow Up TA life cycle in action, ensure compliance of deliverables;
- Prepare, maintain and verify TA KPI reports;
- Assist in the development of TA Plans, budget and Objectives, and develop programs to achieve them and further follow up and monitor the costs;
- Resources planning for TA & SDs and Scope definition & controlling for TA;
- Maintain the database of Turnaround/Shutdown/Unplanned SD activities (Including documentation, history, work-packs, certificates…etc.)
- Ensure suitability of all maintenance reporting from maintenance, contractors and subcontractors;
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant applicable audits requirements;
- TA/SD close out;
- Providing technical and management support on the compilation, analysis and reporting of the Coral maintenance data in compliance with applicable standards
- Assist Maintenance Planning SPV/SPDT for developing maintenance budget and ensure its accuracy by controlling expenditures.
- Analysis of approved work requests and definition of work to be executed in their respect.
- Establishment of resources necessary to execute each work (manpower, materials, tools, contractors, etc.).
Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation).
- Minimum of 05 years field experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industry preferably cryogenic operation/LNG. Must be in the field of Project and Facility Turnaround and major equipment overhauls planning.
- Must have a strong commitment and working knowledge of safety and loss control programmes.
- Working experience on CMMS system preferably SAP.
Competencies:
- CMMS SAP (PM).
- The main technological process of oil and gas industry
- Repair and maintenance systems and techniques
- Knowledge of KPIs calculations & analysis
- Understanding of data collection, compilation, analysis and presentation tools.
